Six levels of concrete and steel house contain three condos a block from the Barclay's Center in north Park Slope. Room after room is filled with custom concrete sinks and counter tops, built ins and staircases...all with rich histories of craft and origination. Beams from the old Domino Sugar Factory were milled for the heart pine floors. Triple glazed windows, solar panels, doubled insulation and 100% LED lighting contribute to an efficiency of systems and energy use found in less than 1% of buildings.
